Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 14 days from the delivery date. The procedure is simple, just send an email to resi@muthbags.com specifying your email, order number and reason for return. The condition of the returned products must be 'as new' to be entitled to a full refund of the cost of the product, after our checks.

The case of the returned for alleged manufacturing or operating defects: in that case you can contact us at resi@muthbags.com and send us photos of the product. You will follow the same return procedure that we will send you via email and shipping costs for the return will be entirely at our expense. Upon receipt of your return, we will check the status of the product and if it actually has any manufacturing or functional defects, we will immediately refund the total cost of the product to your credit card.
What is meant by the 'as new' condition?
Products returned to us must be 100% "as good as new". This means that they cannot have been worn, except to try them on, and they must not have scratches, traces of dirt, signs of wear or folds not attributable to the natural non-uniformity of the leather.

Can I remove the labels from the products?
The labels attached to the products must not be removed if you plan to return your purchase or purchases. If the labels have been removed, the products will not be accepted as a return.
Can I return a product I received as a gift?
Yes sure. Returning a product purchased as a gift will result in a refund to the original buyer's credit card and follow the same return procedure as explained above.

Can I exchange a product?
It is possible to change a product only and exclusively in the case of a size change (belts) or a color change, changes that do not involve partial refunds or additional payments. The shipping costs for the change will be at your expense.

Will I receive a confirmation when my return has been received?
When we receive your returned products at our Return Center, we will check them for their “as new” condition. You will receive an email confirming that the return has been received and that the refund will be made according to the payment method you used to pay for your order.
